Uganda Development Bank Limited

The Uganda Development Bank Limited, known as UDBL, is a government owned development financial institution in Uganda, established in 1972 as the first development finance institution created by the government of Uganda. It is owned by the Government of Uganda, operates as a parastatal headquartered in Kampala, and its mission is to promote and finance development across the economy with particular emphasis on agriculture, industry, tourism, housing and commerce.
