The Oman Investment Authority (OIA) is the sovereign wealth fund and investment arm of the Sultanate of Oman, established by Royal Decree No. 61/2020 and headquartered in Muscat. It operates as an autonomous legal entity with full financial and administrative independence, reporting directly to Oman's Council of Ministers, and has launched the Future Fund Oman initiative with a budget of two billion Omani rials over five years to attract foreign investment and expand investment in local small and medium-sized enterprises.
