The European Association for Comparative Economic Studies, known as EACES, is a professional association of economists formed on January 31, 1991 in Turin, Italy, and registered as a German Verein. With roughly 400 members as of 2012, it advances theoretical and applied research comparing economic systems across Europe and beyond, organizes international conferences, and publishes the European Journal of Comparative Economics.
