The European Long-Term Investors Association, known as ELTI, is a Brussels-based trade association founded in July 2013 representing a Europe-wide network of national development banks and promotional institutions. As of 2024 it counts 31 member financial institutions from 23 European Union member states plus Turkey, organized as 23 full members and 8 associate members including multilateral development banks and regional financial institutions, with the European Investment Bank holding permanent observer status.
