The International Black Sea Club is an international non-governmental organization founded in 1992 in Odesa, Ukraine, uniting cities on the Black Sea and in its vicinity. It brings together about 30 cities from 10 countries in the region for cooperation and economic engagement, and holds observer status with the Black Sea Economic Cooperation organization and consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council.
