ICRA Limited is an Indian credit rating and financial consulting agency headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, founded in 1991 as the Investment Information and Credit Rating Agency of India Limited through a joint venture between Moody's and Indian financial institutions. The company went public on April 13, 2007, listing on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange, and Moody's Corporation continues to hold a majority stake, reported at 51.86 percent as of December 2024.
