The North American Development Bank is a binational financial institution capitalized and governed equally by the federal governments of the United States and Mexico to finance the development and implementation of infrastructure projects. In 2013 it was integrated into the U.S.-Mexico High Level Economic Dialogue as part of an effort to foster economic growth, productivity, entrepreneurship, and innovation between the two countries. In 2017 the bank merged with the Border Environment Cooperation Commission.
