The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, OJK) is an Indonesian government agency established in 2011 and headquartered in Jakarta that regulates and supervises the country's financial services sector. It brought banking regulation, capital markets supervision and non-bank financial institution oversight under a single authority, and later legislation gave it a special status as part of Indonesia's law enforcement system.
