The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS) is Singapore's competition regulator, first established as the Competition Commission of Singapore on January 1, 2005 as a statutory board under the Ministry of Trade and Industry. It took its current name on April 1, 2018 to reflect an expanded role in consumer rights, a responsibility previously held by SPRING Singapore, and it enforces both the Competition Act 2004 and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act from its headquarters at the URA Centre in Singapore.
