Global Accounting Alliance

The Global Accounting Alliance is an international coalition of accounting institutes formed in 2006 to promote standards of quality professional service, support its member bodies and share information on international accounting issues. Its 11 member institutes, drawn from Australia, the United States, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa, Ireland, Scotland, Hong Kong, England and Wales, Japan and Germany, together represent more than 775,000 professional accountants, and the alliance issues members a GAA Passport giving reciprocal access to training, publications and member services across the participating countries.
