The International Federation of Francophone Accountants, known by its French acronym FIDEF, is a professional accounting body founded in 1981 and headquartered in Paris, working to promote exchange and cooperation among accountants across the French-speaking world. It brings together 52 member institutes from 37 countries, representing roughly 100,000 accounting professionals, and conducts its work in French.
