E - Macroeconomics and Monetary Economics

Economists whose primary contribution concerns aggregate output, employment, the business cycle, money, interest rates and central-bank policy. Belongs here: founders of macroeconomic theory, monetarist and Keynesian theorists, and central bankers whose scholarly and policy legacy is chiefly monetary. Does not belong here: an economist whose growth or development theory happens to touch aggregate output, who groups under Economic Development, Innovation, and Growth instead where that is the primary field.
