This group collects the National Treasuries and Fiscal Authorities subcategory's members whose own description states an explicitly international, overseas or export-facing mandate: export credit agencies such as the Export-Import Bank of the United States and UK Export Finance, and overseas development finance institutions such as Norfund, FMO, the German Investment Corporation (DEG), British International Investment and the French Development Agency (AFD). It is kept apart from National Development Banks, whose members finance development projects within their own country rather than export transactions or development abroad.
